• After sourcing the styles and sizes for the different needs of the client, the sculptures are transported to our workshop where the quality control takes place.

This involves grinding and straightening bases where necessary to ensure the sculpture stands straight.

• The sculpture is also checked for scratches and repolished to its maximum gloss.

• The stone types can include: verdite (semi-precious), butter jade, opalstone, cobalt, springstone, black serpentine, fruit serpentine and if needed; some soapstone.

• The item is then catalogued for the client.

This involved recording the title, stone type, sculptor’s name, height and RRP (recommended retail price)

The RRP attached will represent a conservative price.

• The sculptures are then wrapped in thick blanket material and taped tight.

• They are then packed in shredded paper inside strong wood crates.
